渗透树脂联合冷光美白对氟斑牙的临床运用分析

Clinical application of permeating resin combined with cold light whitening on dental fluorosis

目的分析渗透树脂联合冷光美白对氟斑牙的临床运用价值。方法选取医院2015年3月至2018年3月收治的130例轻中度氟斑牙患者,随机分为联合组、冷光组,各65例,均给予冷光美白治疗,联合组加用渗透树脂治疗。对比两组患者治疗时牙齿敏感度,治疗后1周、6个月、1年及2年临床疗效,以及治疗后1年、2年患者满意度。结果两组治疗期间牙齿敏感度经秩和检验比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组、冷光组治疗后1周总有效率分别为95.97%、89.78%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),冷光组治疗后6个月、治疗后1年、治疗后2年总有效率均低于联合组同期水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冷光组治疗后1年、治疗后2年患者满意度均低于联合组同期水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冷光美白的基础上联合渗透树脂能够确保治疗效果的长久稳定性,对于维持牙面颜色、提高患者满意度有着积极作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of permeating resin combined with cold light whitening on dental fluorosis.Methods A total of 130 patients with mild to moderate dental fluorosis in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into combination group and cold light group,65 cases in each group.The tooth sensitivity,clinical efficacy at 1 week,6 months,1 year and 2 years after treatment,and patient satisfaction at 1 year and 2 years after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in tooth sensitivity between the two groups by rank sum test(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the combined group and the cold light group were 95.97%and 89.78%respectively after 1 week of treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the cold light group at 6 months,1 year and 2 years after treatment were lower than that of the combined group at the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the cold light group 1 year and 2 years after treatment was lower than that of the combined group at the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of cold light whitening combined with penetrating resin can ensure the long-term stability of the treatment effect,which has a positive effect on maintaining the tooth surface color and improving patient satisfaction.
