前列癃闭通方对经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术后患者激素水平的影响

Effect of Qianlie Longbitong recipe on hormone level in patients after plasmakinetic transurethral enucleation of prostate

目的:观察前列癃闭通方治疗行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术后患者的临床疗效及对激素水平的影响。方法:将60例行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组各30例,所有患者围手术期均给予相应干预措施,比较两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组和治疗组的治疗总有效率分别为89.66%和96.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组内T水平较治疗前无明显变化,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组E2、E2/T水平较治疗前无明显变化,治疗组E2、E2/T水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为7.14%,对照组为27.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列癃闭通方治疗TUERP术后患者疗效较好,可减轻患者症状,调节性激素水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-formulated Qianlie Longbitong recipe on patients after plasmakinetic transurethral enucleation of prostate(TUERP)and the effect on hormone level.Methods:60 cases of patients after plasmakinetic transurethral enucleation of prostate were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit,30 cases in each group.All patients were given corresponding intervention measures during the perioperative period.Clinical efficacy,sex hormone level and adverse reactions incidence of patients were compared between two groups.Results:1.The total effective rates of control group and treatment group were 89.66%and 96.43%respectively,and the difference compared betwwen two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).2.After treatment,T levels in two groups were not obviously changed compared with before treatment,and there was not significant difference compared between two groups(P﹥0.05).E2 and E2/T levels of control group were not obviously changed compared with before treatment,while compared E2 and E2/T levels of treatment group with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P﹤0.05).3.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 7.14%in treatment group and 27.59%in control group,and the difference compared between two groyps was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Self-formulated Qianlie Longbitong recipe has better curative effect on patients after TUERP,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the level of sex hormones in patients,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
