烟叶智能分级设备工作效能指标研究

摘要 以2019年云南省烟叶产区选定试验田不同密植情况下各100株烟叶及5个烟叶收购站点烟叶收购工作量为材料,选定的100株烟叶采烤完成后对列级烟叶称重及清点片数。跟踪观察了收购烟叶5×10^(5) kg的5个烟叶收购站点工作量后,进行了烟叶智能分级设备在逐片烟叶分级情况下的工作量测算。结果表明:①云烟87品种在云南半山地实验地块烤烟烟叶平均单叶重为10.24 g;②云南省内烟叶收购站烤烟收购工作日在40~60 d;③烟叶智能分级设备效能应满足至少30片/s以上,才具有在相同工作时间内替代人工分级工作的可行性。 This article uses the procurement workload of 100 tobacco leaves and 5 tobacco leaf purchase sites in the selected experimental fields in Yunnan Province in 2019 for different dense planting of tobacco leaves.The selected 100 tobacco leaves are selected after the completion of the harvesting and curing.Weight and count the number of pieces.After tracking and observing the workload of five tobacco leaf purchase sites that purchase 5×10^(5) kg of tobacco leaves,the workload calculation of the intelligent tobacco grading equipment in the case of tobacco leaf grading was carried out.The results showed that:①The average leaf weight of flue-cured tobacco leaf of Yunyan 87 in the experimental plot of Yunnan mid-levels was 10.24 g;②The working day of flue-cured tobacco purchase at the tobacco leaf purchase station in Yunnan Province was between 40~60 d;③The efficiency of intelligent tobacco grading equipment should meet at least 30 slices/s or more,so that it is feasible to replace manual grading work within the same working time.
