摘要
废弃牡蛎壳经高温活化处理,制备出一种新型高效吸附材料,并考察不同条件下该吸附材料对重金属污染水体中Cd^(2+)离子的清除率。分别设定不同的牡蛎壳粉焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加量、溶液体积、吸附温度、吸附时间,探讨牡蛎壳粉对含有Cd^(2+)重金属的水体清除率的影响。实验结果表明,在常温下,100mL浓度为10μg/mL的Cd^(2+)金属离子溶液中加入2.0g,在800℃焙烧20min的牡蛎壳粉末,并静置12h,其对Cd^(2+)金属离子的清除率达到88.99%。
In this study,a new type of high-efficiency adsorption material was prepared in high-temperature activation treatment using waste oyster shells as raw materials.And the clearance ratio of the material of Cd^(2+)ions in polluted water was investigated under different experimental conditions.The results showed that in the condition of 100 mL of Cd^(2+)solution(10μg/mL),room temperature,2.0g of powder,standing for 12 hours,the oyster shell powder roasted at 800℃for 20min could remove 88.99%of Cd^(2+).
