摘要
Epsilon 3型能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对空气滤膜样品在氦气介质下进行直接测量,能快速可靠地对环境空气中的多种无机元素进行定量测定。用建立的方法测定了大气颗粒物标准膜样品,测定出的元素结果与标准值的相对标准偏差最大为6.1%。用建立的方法测定了4个实际膜样品中的Na、Mg、Al、Si、P、S、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ba、Pb等24种无机元素,并和等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的结果比较,结果显示本方法可靠,能够满足目前的监测需求和广泛使用。
Epsilon 3 type-energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to measure air filter membrane samples directly in helium medium,which can quickly and reliably determine a variety of inorganic elements in the ambient air.The maximum relative standard deviation between the measured results and the standard value was only 6.1%.The method was applied to the determination of Na,Mg,Al,Si,P,s,K,CA,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ba,Pb and other inorganic elements in four practical membrane samples.Compared with the results of ICP-MS,the results showed that the method was reliable and could meet the current monitoring needs and be widely used.
