AIDET沟通模式在肝癌患者介入治疗后的应用效果评价

Assessment of efficacy of AIDET communication model in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy

目的探讨AIDET沟通模式在肝癌患者介入治疗后的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月间聊城市人民医院收治的80例行肝癌介入治疗的肝癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规沟通模式,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用AIDET沟通模式,比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪评分、疼痛情况及生活质量。结果干预后,两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均降低,且研究组降低更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者疼痛程度0~1级比例高于对照组,2~3级比例低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论AIDET沟通模式应用于肝癌患者介入治疗术后,可缓解患者负性情绪,降低疼痛感受,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of AIDET(acknowledge,introduce,duration,explanation,and thank you)communication model in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods A total of 80 liver cancer patients who received interventional therapy were selected at People's Hospital of Liaocheng from November 2019 to November 2020.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using random number table method with 40 patients in each group.The experimental group was given AIDET communication based on routine communication and the control group adopted routine communication.Negative emotion scores,pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,anxiety and depression scores were reduced in the two groups,and the degree of reduction in the experimental group was much more significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the proportion of patients with pain severity grade between 0 and 1 was higher in the experimental group than in the control group and the proportion of patients with pain severity grade between 2 and 3 was lower in the experimental group than in the control group.After the intervention,quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion AIDET communication may relieve negative emotions and pain and improve quality of life in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.It is worthy of promotion.
