膝关节滑膜软骨瘤切除术围术期个性化护理的效果观察

Efficacy of perioperative personalized nursing in patients undergoing resection of synovial chondroma in knee joint

目的探讨膝关节滑膜软骨瘤切除术围术期个性化护理对术后疼痛、膝关节疼痛活动度恢复及并发症预后的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2019年9月间山东省立第三医院收治的58例行膝关节滑膜软骨瘤切除术的患者,采取信封抽签方式将患者分成对照组及观察组,每组29例。对照组采取围术期常规护理,观察组采取围术期个性化护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛、膝关节疼痛活动度恢复及并发症预后的情况。结果干预后,两组患者的膝关节疼痛活动度及疼痛评分均改善,且组间比较,观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.9%,低于对照组的27.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行膝关节滑膜软骨瘤切除术的患者围术期实施个性化护理,能缓解患者术后疼痛,使关节疼痛活动度得以恢复,预防及减少并发症发生,值得临床借鉴及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative personalized nursing on postoperative pain,knee joint pain,range of motion,complications and prognosis in patients undergoing resection of synovial chondroma in knee joint.Methods Fifty-eight patients undergoing resection of synovial chondroma in the knee were selected at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from September 2016 to September 2019.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 29 patients in each group.The observation group received personalized nursing and the control group received conventional perioperative nursing.Knee joint pain,range of motion,complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,range of motion and pain scores were significantly improved,and the comparison analysis between the groups showed that the improvement was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.9%in the observation group than 27.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative personalized nursing can relieve postoperative pain,promote recovery of range of motion and prevent and reduce complications in patients undergoing excision of synovial chondroma in knee joint,and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
