循证护理对甲状腺癌根治术患者围术期并发症的影响

Effect of perioperative evidence-based nursing on incidence of complications in thyroidectomy

目的探讨基于循证医学的甲状腺癌根治术围术期护理对患者并发症和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月间山东省立第三医院收治的90例甲状腺癌根治术患者。根据患者护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规围术期护理的45例患者纳入对照组,采用循证医学为基础的围术期护理的45例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的治疗指标、并发症发生情况和护理满意率。结果观察组术后1 d及术后3 d的疼痛评分低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,观察组并发症发生率为4.4%,低于对照组的20.0%,观察组护理满意率为97.8%,高于对照组的84.4%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于循证医学的甲状腺癌根治术围术期护理可以降低患者术后疼痛,减少住院时间,有效控制术后并发症发生率,患者对护理的满意率更高,实施效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative evidence-based nursing on incidence of complications and patient satisfaction with nursing in thyroidectomy.Methods The experiment was conducted at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital between February 2019 and February 2020 involving 90 patients undergoing thyroidectomy.The enrolled patients were classified into an observation group and control group based on the the nursing they received.Forty-five patients receiving evidence-based nursing were include in the observation group and 45 patients receiving conventional nursing were included in a control group.Treatment indexes,incidence of complications and rate of patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Pain score was lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 d and 3 d after the operation(all P<0.05).Length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence complication rate was 4.4%in the observation group which was lower than 20.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of patient satisfaction with nursing was 97.8%which was significantly higher than 84.4%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative evidence-based nursing can reduce postoperative pain,length of hospital stay,effectively control incidence of postoperative complications rate,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing with good implementation outcomes.
