CT成像技术在腰椎间盘突出症中的诊断价值

Value of CT imaging technology in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation

目的评价CT成像技术对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值。方法100例腰椎间盘突出症患者,分别采取CT、X线检查。以手术检查结果作为金标准,分析腰椎间盘突出症影像学表现以及CT诊断符合率,比较两种检查方式的诊断准确率。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者经CT、X线检查后,影像学表现方面显示腰椎间隙前后、左右宽度有差异,凹侧椎间隙变窄、凸侧椎间隙变宽,腰椎生理弯曲、下角后翘。CT检查中央型、旁侧型、椎间孔型、极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断符合率分别为100.00%、97.50%、90.00%、80.00%,总诊断符合率为97.00%。CT检查腰椎间盘突出症诊断准确率97.00%高于X线检查的55.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT成像技术用于诊断腰椎间盘突出症有扫描速度快、准确率高等优势,有助于疾病临床早期准确治疗。

Objective To analyze the value of CT imaging technology in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation were examined by CT and X-ray.Taking the results of surgical examination as the gold standard,the imaging manifestations and CT diagnostic coincidence rate of lumbar disc herniation were analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was compared.Results After CT and X-ray examination,the imaging manifestations of patients with lumbar disc herniation showed that the width of the lumbar intervertebral space was different before and after,left and right,the concave side of the intervertebral space narrowed,the convex side of the intervertebral space became wider,the lumbar spine was physiologically bent,and the lower angle was warped.The diagnostic coincidence rates of central,lateral,intervertebral foraminal,and extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation by CT examination were 100.00%,97.50%,90.00%,and 80.00%,respectively,and the total diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.00%.The diagnostic accuracy of lumbar disc herniation by CT examination was 97.00%,which was higher than 55.00%of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT imaging technology has the advantages of fast scanning speed and high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,which is helpful for early clinical accurate treatment of the disease.
