康惠尔溃疡贴治疗老年Ⅲ期压疮患者的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Comfeel ulcer paste in the elderly patients with stageⅢpressure sores

目的探讨康惠尔溃疡贴(商品名:水胶体敷料溃疡贴3110)治疗老年Ⅲ期压疮患者的临床效果。方法70例老年Ⅲ期压疮患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在常规基础上应用康惠尔溃疡贴外敷治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及创面愈合时间、换药时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.0%明显高于对照组的77.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间(13.10±2.67)d明显短于对照组的(17.30±2.65)d,换药时VAS评分(2.01±0.23)分明显低于对照组的(3.97±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔溃疡贴治疗老年Ⅲ期压疮的疗效显著,可明显缩短治愈时间,改善疼痛情况,提升患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Comfeel ulcer paste(trade name:water gel dressing ulcer paste 3110)in the elderly patients with stageⅢpressure sores.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with stageⅢpressure sores were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Comfeel ulcer paste on the basis of conventional therapy.The therapeutic effect,wound healing time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at dressing change were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100.0%of the observation group was obviously higher than 77.1%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time(13.10±2.67)d of the observation group was obviously shorter than(17.30±2.65)d of the control group,and VAS score in dressing change(2.01±0.23)points was obviously lower than(3.97±0.31)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfeel ulcer paste shows remarkable efficacy on elderly patients with stageⅢpressure sores,which can obviously shorten healing time,improve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
