补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的效果

The efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on diabetic erectile dysfunction

目的探讨补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的效果。方法按随机数字表法将我院2018年3月至2019年6月收治的70例糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者在常规糖尿病治疗上加服维生素B1片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗。经4个月治疗后,比较两组患者治疗效果、性激素指标[睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)]、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IIEF-5评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者T较对照组更高,E2、FSH、LH、PRL较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能够有效提升糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者治疗效果,改善患者性激素水平,提升患者性勃起功能,改善生存质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on diabetic erectile dysfunction.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with vitamin B1 tablets on the basis of conventional diabetes treatment,while those in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 months of treatment,the therapeutic efficacies,sex hormone indexes[testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)],international erectile function index(IIEF-5)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total efficacy rate in the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),higher than 77.14%(27/35)in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 score and WHOQOL-BREF score in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,T in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while E2,FSH,LH and PRL were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy,sex hormone level,sexual erection function and quality of life in patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction.
