高校图书馆在不断朝着网络化和信息化的方向进步和发展,信息资源共享模式逐渐得到更多的重视和应用。京津冀协同发展战略已成为国家级战略,为了能够更好地实现京津冀地区科技创新信息资源的流动和配置,并依托京津冀地区现有的各类高校图书馆信息资源,以此来提高京津冀地区信息资源的协同共享,文章就此地区高校图书馆科技创新信息资源协同共享模式的发展背景、合作方式、内容以及完善对策等进行了全面的分析。

The university library is also progressing and developing towards the direction of network and information,and the mode of information resource sharing has been paid more attention to and applied gradually.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development strategy has become a national strategy.In order to realize the flow and allocation of scientific and technological innovation information resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and rely on the existing information resources of university libraries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development background,cooperation mode,content and perfect countermeasures of the cooperative sharing mode of scientific and technological innovation information resources in university libraries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
