摘要 [目的/意义]本文详细介绍了基于项目学习模式(project-based learning,PBL),旨在将其运用于智库团队建设模式中。[方法/过程]本研究主要建立在对新型智库团队建设的相关论述,以及PBL的定义、基本流程和国内外相关研究之上。PBL模式可与智库团队建设紧密结合,其基本流程与智库研究基本流程相对应、人才培养目标与智库人才素质相匹配、师生互动模式与智库团队协作模式相契合。[结果/结论]通过PBL模式开展智库团队建设有利于细化流程、规范管理,加强智库成员之间的协作,实现人才多方面素质的提升。 [Purpose/significance]This paper introduces project-based learning in detail,aiming to apply it to think tank team building mode.[Method/process]This study mainly bases on the discussion of the construction of new think tank team,the definition of PBL,the basic process and related research at home and abroad.PBL mode can be closely combined with the construction of think tank team.Its basic process corresponds to the basic process of think tank research,the talent training objectives match the talent quality of think tank,and the teacher-student interaction mode is consistent with the think tank team cooperation mode.[Result/conclusion]The construction of think tank team through PBL mode is conducive to refining the process,standardizing management,strengthening the cooperation among think tank members,and improving the quality of talents in many aspects.
