跨座式单轨交通车辆基地检修库工艺布局研究

摘要 为提高跨座式单轨交通车辆基地设计水平,推动单轨车辆检修工艺的发展,适应单轨车辆基地上盖物业开发的要求,对跨座式单轨车辆检修库工艺布局方案进行研究。本文结合新型工艺设备的研发,提出了跨座式单轨车辆检修库新工艺布局方案,将转向架检修区与车体检修区分跨布置,解体组装线布置于库中,避免了起重机对转向架的吊运,降低了车体吊运风险,提高了检修能力和生产效率,同时降低了对检修库高度的要求;首次对上盖物业开发的单轨检修库工艺布局方案进行研究,通过新工艺设备的引入,减小了车辆解体组装间柱跨距,可实现跨座式单轨检修库的上盖物业开发。本研究对跨座式单轨车辆检修工艺水平的提高具有重要意义。 In order to improve the design level of straddle-type monorail vehicle base,promote the development of monorail vehicle maintenance technology,and meet the requirements of upper property development on monorail vehicle base,the process layout plan of straddle-type monorail vehicle service shops is studied.Based on the research and development of new process equipment,this paper puts forward a new process layout plan of straddle-type monorail vehicle service shops,which distinguishes the bogie maintenance area from the vehicle body maintenance,and arranges the disassembly and assembly line in the middle of the shops.It avoids the lifting of the bogie by the crane,reduces the risk of the vehicle body lifting,improves the maintenance capacity and production efficiency,and reduces the requirements for the height of the service shops.It is the first time to study the process layout plan of the monorail service shops for upper property development.Through the introduction of new process equipment,the span of vehicle disassembly and assembly room is reduced,it can realize the upper property development of the straddle-type monorail service shops.The study is of great significance to improve the maintenance technology of straddle-type monorail vehicles.
