摘要
新建广州南沙港铁路西江特大桥跨西江主桥主跨为600 m,是目前世界上跨度最大的铁路混合梁斜拉桥。该桥上部结构施工具有结构复杂、高度高、跨度大等技术特点。采用有限元数值计算、BIM可视化模拟、现场1:1足尺试验等研究方法,对超高索塔、钢箱梁以及钢-混结合段施工质量和精度管控等关键工序展开研究。研究结果进一步完善了大跨度混合梁斜拉桥上部结构施工关键技术及工艺措施,可为将来类似斜拉桥上部结构施工提供经验借鉴。
The main span of the new Xijiang Bridge on Nansha Port Railway in Guangzhou is 600 m,this bridge is the largest span railway hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge in the world.The superstructure construction of the bridge has the characteristics of complex structure,high height and large span.By using the methods of finite element numerical calculation,BIM visual simulation and field 1:1 full-scale test,the key processes such as quality and precision control of super-high cable tower,steel box girder and steel-concrete composite section construction are studied.The research results further improve the key technology and process measures of the superstructure construction of large-span hybrid girder cablestayed bridge,and can provide experience for similar cable-stayed bridge superstructure construction in the future.
