隧道内盾尾变形修复技术

摘要 盾构掘进施工过程中,时常因地层特性、施工参数控制不当、施工操作工艺流程不完善等因素,造成盾构机盾尾包裹挤压变形。盾构机盾尾一旦包裹挤压变形,将会增加盾构掘进推力、降低掘进速度、引起盾尾区域地表隆起和盾尾后方地表沉降,缩小变形区域盾尾同管片的间隙,造成管片拼装困难,甚至引起管片破损开裂,影响隧道施工质量。本文结合南宁市轨道交通5号线江南公园站—周家坡站区间盾尾变形修复施工实例,通过采取封堵周围水路、地层加固、高温烤枪加热、液压千斤顶顶升等措施对盾尾变形区域进行矫正修复,顺利解决了盾尾变形问题,可为类似工程提供借鉴与参考。 In the process of shield construction,due to the stratum characteristics,improper control of construction parameters,imperfect construction process and other factors,the shield tail package extrusion deformation is often caused.Once the shield tail of the shield machine is wrapped and deformed,it will increase the shield driving force,reduce the tunneling speed,cause the surface uplift in the shield tail area and the surface settlement behind the shield tail,shorten the gap between the shield tail and the segment in the deformation area,make the segment assembly difficulty,even cause the segment damage and cracking,and affect the tunnel construction quality.Combined with the engineering of shield tail deformation repair construction between Jiangnan Park Station and Zhoujiapo Station of Nanning Rail Transit Line 5,this paper briefly describes the correction and repair technology of shield tail deformation area by blocking the surrounding waterway,stratum reinforcement,high-temperature baking gun heating,hydraulic jack jacking,etc.The problem of shield tail deformation is solved successfully,which provides reference for the follow-up similar construction.
