大直径穿江泥水盾构干法接收关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 杭州地铁8号线一期工程文桥区间风井-桥头堡站区间为下穿钱塘江单洞双线盾构隧道,采用一台大直径泥水平衡式盾构机进行施工,接收端头地质为强透水粉砂地层,隧道顶部覆土小于一倍洞径。结合工程特点进行了盾构接收方式比选,最终选用干法接收。工程实践证明,该接收工法不仅安全可靠,对比目前国内类似工程普遍采用的冻结法及水下接收,还具有造价低、工期短、施工简单的优势。本文对该工程接收关键技术进行分析探讨,以期为今后类似工程提供参考。 The interval from Wenqiao shaft to Qiaotoubao Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 8 Phase Ⅰ Project is a singletunnel double-track shield tunnel under Qiantang River.A large-diameter slurry balance shield machine is used for construction.The geology at the receiving end is high permeable silty sand stratum,and the overburden at the top of the tunnel is less than the tunnel diameter.According to the engineering characteristics,the receiving methods are compared,and the dry receiving method is finally selected.The engineering practice has proved that the receiving method is not only safe and reliable,but also has the advantages of low cost,short construction period and simple construction compared with the freezing method and underwater receiving method commonly used in similar projects in China.In this paper,the key technologies of receiving this project are discussed in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
