摘要 本文结合汉十铁路HSSG-6标高速铁路无砟轨道支承层施工过程,围绕水硬性混合料在高铁路基无砟轨道支承层中的施工技术难点及控制目标,通过对水硬性混合料支承层质量控制的全要素分析,对配合比进行室内、现场试验比对选定。对滑模摊铺机摊铺过程中密实度不足问题进行设备主要部件改装,同时找出工艺流程和作业控制要点的主要改进方向,明确施工准备和施工过程各关键工序控制方法,从而实现提高无砟轨道水硬性混合料摊铺施工质量的目的。 Combined with the construction process of ballastless track supporting layer of high-speed railway in Lot HSSG-6 of Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway,this paper is concerned with the construction technical difficulties and control objectives of hydraulic mixture in the supporting layer of ballastless track in high-speed railway subgrade to analyze the whole elements of quality control of the supporting layer of hydraulic mixture,select the mix proportion by laboratory and field tests,refit the main parts of the equipment for the problem of insufficient compactness in the spreading process of the sliding form paver,and find out the main improvement direction of process flow and operation control key points to provide clear direction for construction preparation and key process control method in construction process,thus the purpose of improving the construction quality of ballastless track hydraulic mixture paving is realized.
