随着现代农业经营体系的建立,新型职业农民培育在进入新世纪后呈现出多元化的发展态势。新型职业农民培育背后的逻辑是市场化与政府推动的制度变迁的影响。国内学界对于新型职业农民培育的研究经历了从对新型职业农民概念的讨论、培育路径构建,到对新型职业农民政策支持、新型职业农民培育存在的问题及制约因素的揭示,包括新型职业农民培育的意义及作用等。随着新型职业农民培育的多元化和推动制度变迁力量的多元化,新型职业农民培育的需求评估、乡村发展以及政策制度关系也有了新的选择可能性,为这一领域的研究提供了新的空间。

With the establishment of the modern agricultural management system,the cultivation of new professional farmers has shown a diversified development trend after entering the new century.The logic behind the cultivation of new professional farmers is the influence of marketization and institutional changes promoted by the government.The research on the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in the domestic social sciences has gone from the initial discussion of the concept of new-type professional farmers and the cultivation path of new-type professional farmers,to the disclosure of policy support for new-type professional farmers and the problems and constraints of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,including the significance and role of the cultivation of new professional farmers.With the diversification of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers and the diversification of the forces that promote institutional change,the needs assessment,rural development,and the relationship between policies and institutions for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers also have new options,providing a new space for the research in this field.
