The Application of PBL Teaching Mode Combined with Hu Xishu’s Medical Thinking in the Clinical Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 目的探讨项目式学习(Project-based learning,PBL)结合胡希恕医学思维在妇产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科实习的69名学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2019年1月—2019年12月妇产科实习的学生71名为实验组,在PBL教学模式的基础上带入胡希恕医学思维。实习结束前后分别对理论知识及技能操作进行考核,进行学生教学满意度调查。结果实验组理论成绩高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组技能操作成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对提高语言组织能力、解决问题的技巧及提高学习兴趣的满意度均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组学生关于加强团队协作、临床处置经验的增长及推动理论实践结合的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式联合胡希恕医学思维在妇产科教学中应用效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL(problem-based learning)teaching mode combined with Hu Xishu’s medical thinking in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 69 students who practiced in our department of obstetrics and gynecology from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 71 students who practiced in our department of obstetrics and gynecology from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the experimental group.Before and after the end of the internship,the theoretical knowledge and skills were assessed,and the students’teaching satisfaction was investigated.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of skill operation and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group were more satisfied with improving language organization ability,problem-solving skills and learning interest than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Students in the experimental group were more satisfied with strengthening teamwork,increasing clinical management experience and promoting the combination of theory and practice than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode combined with Hu Xishu’s medical thinking has a significant effect in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
