摘要
目的探析基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在中医住院医师规范化培训临床带教中的应用及效果。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,随机选择2017年、2018年在长春中医药大学附属医院外科进行规范化培训的中医住院医师30名。实验组采用PBL教学法进行临床带教,对照组采用传统规培带教方案。比较2组中医住院医师无菌知识、手卫生的掌握程度及出科成绩。结果实验组在无菌知识、手卫生的掌握程度及出科考试成绩方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在中医住院医师规范化培训外科临床带教中应用效果明显高于传统教学模式,有助于提高住院医师的临床能力。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of standardized training for residents of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to randomly select 30 residents of traditional Chinese medicine who received standardized training in surgical department in 2017 and 2018.PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group,and the conventional teaching method was used in the control group.The aseptic knowledge,mastery of hand hygiene and exam scores between the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in aseptic knowledge,mastery of hand hygiene and exam scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PBL teaching method in surgical clinical teaching is obviously higher than that of traditional teaching method,which is helpful to improve the clinical ability of residents.
