中药熏洗在门诊老年性阴道炎患者中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in Outpatient Senile Vaginitis Patients

目的分析中药熏洗在门诊老年性阴道炎患者中的治疗效果。方法抽样性选取南昌市洪都中医院妇科门诊2018年1月—2019年7月收治的90例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(以保妇康栓治疗)与观察组(在对照组的基础上予以中药熏洗治疗),每组45例。对2组患者的中医证候积分、治疗效果进行及复发率观察并比较。结果观察组分泌物增多、外阴瘙痒灼痛、白带异味及腹胀腹痛等中医证候积分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药熏洗应用到门诊老年性阴道炎治疗中可有效改善患者的疾病症状,有助于避免疾病再次复发,患者治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in outpatient patients with senile vaginitis.Methods A sample of 90 cases of senile vaginitis admitted to the department of gynecology of our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(Baofukang suppository therapy)and the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group),with 45 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,therapeutic effect and recurrence rate between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,including increased secretion,pruritus,burning pain of vulva,odor of leucorrhea,abdominal distend and abdominal pain,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of senile vaginitis in outpatient clinic can effectively improve the disease symptoms of patients and help to avoid the disease recurrence.
