北京市中老年人对药膳食疗知信行的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior of Medicinal Diet Therapy among Middle-aged and Elderly People in Beijing

目的了解北京市中老年人药膳食疗的知信行现状及其影响因素,为药膳食疗产业的政策制定提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对北京市的300位中老年人进行问卷调查,建立数据库进行单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果知信行情况与文化程度、是否有慢性病均具有相关性。另外,认知还与职业,态度还与性别、生活习惯具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论北京市中老年人对药膳食疗的认知水平不高,认同度一般,食用频率较低。建议加强对药膳食疗的科普,完善行业发展标准,增加药膳市场供给,促进药膳食疗产业的发展。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of medicated diet therapy for middle-aged and elderly people in Beijing,and to provide a basis for the policy formulation of medicated diet therapy industry.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 middle-aged and elderly people in 4 municipal districts of Beijing by convenient sampling method,and a database was established for univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results Knowledge,attitude and behavior were correlated with education level and chronic disease.In addition,cognition was also correlated with occupation,attitude and gender and living habits.Conclusion The cognition level of the middle-aged and elderly people in Beijing to medicated diet therapy is not high,the recognition degree is general,and the eating frequency is low.It is suggested to strengthen the popularization of medicated diet therapy,perfect the industry development standard,increase the market supply of medicated diet therapy,and promote the development of medicated diet therapy industry.
