浅谈针灸得气

Discussion on Arrival of Qi from Acupuncture and Moxibustion

得气是针灸治疗的重要环节,得气是针刺时受试者和操作者的主观感觉和客观反应的综合,包括受试者针下的得气感和针刺部位与患部的客观反应,以及医生刺手下的得气感。是否得气素来受医家们高度重视,认为是否得气与临床疗效密切相关。笔者通过查阅相关文献,梳理得气相关概念,从理论渊源、得气判断以及临床疗效等方面探讨得气,为临床治疗提供理论依据。

Arrival of qi is an important link in acupuncture treatment.Arrival of qi is the synthesis of the subjective feeling and objective reaction of the subject and the operator during acupuncture,including the subject’s feeling of arrival of qi under the needle and the objective reaction between the acupuncture site and the affected part,and the feeling of pride that doctors get when they stab their staff.Whether arrival of qi has always been highly valued by doctors,that whether arrival of qi is closely related to clinical efficacy.Based on the Literature Review,the author discusses the concept of arrival of qi from the aspects of its theoretical origin,judgement and clinical effect,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
