小承气汤口服联合苏朴理气散穴位贴敷治疗腰椎骨折后腹胀临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaochengqi Decoction Combined with Supu Liqi Powder Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Abdominal Distention after Lumbar Fracture

目的探讨小承气汤口服联合苏朴理气散穴位贴敷治疗腰椎骨折后腹胀的效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年3月在广州中医药大学顺德医院骨科住院的80例腰椎骨折后发生腹胀患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组采取腹胀常规护理方法给予早期护理,治疗组在对照组常规护理的基础上加用小承气汤口服联合苏朴理气散穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、患者的护理依从性及满意度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.5%(39/40),高于对照组的57.5%(23/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的患者依从性为100.0%(40/40),高于对照组的97.5%(39/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的患者护理满意度为97.5%(39/40),高于对照组的60.0%(24/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小承气汤口服联合苏朴理气散穴位贴敷可提高腰椎骨折后腹胀患者的治疗效果和患者的满意度,其操作简单,安全,易被患者接受。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiaochengqi decoction combined with Supu Liqi powder acupoint application on abdominal distention after lumbar fracture.Methods From July 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with abdominal distention after lumbar fracture in the department of orthopedics of Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each according to the random number method.The control group was given early nursing by routine abdominal distention nursing method,and the treatment group was treated by Xiaochengqi decoction combined with Supu Liqi powder acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.The clinical effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%(39/40),which was higher than that of the control group(57.5%,23/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance of patients in the treatment group was 100.0%(40/40),which was higher than that in the control group(97.5(39/40),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was 97.5%(39/40),which was higher than that in the control group(60.0%,24/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochengqi decoction combined with Supu Liqi powder acupoint application can reduce abdominal distention after lumbar fracture,which is easy to operate,safe and accepted by patients.
