督灸疗法治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎45例

Du Meridian Moxibustion in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis of Kidney Deficiency and Du Meridian Cold for 45 Cases

目的观察督灸疗法治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的疗效。方法将90例AS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组以督灸疗法治疗,对照组以口服柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。观察2组治疗前后疗效变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%(43/45),高于对照组的82.2%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的晨僵时间及血沉比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论督灸是治疗AS安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe du meridian moxibustion on ankylosing spondylitis(AS)clinical curative effect.Methods 90 patients of AS were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,and each group had 45 patients.The treatment group was treated with du meridian moxibustion,and control group was given sulphasalazine.The clinical effect was evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 95.6%in the treatment group and 82.2%in the control group,and the comparison had significant difference(P<0.05).VAS grades in the two groups after treatment of 3 courses showed significant difference(P<0.01).However there was no significant difference between time of morning stiffness and Eryth Sedimentation Rate(ESR),and the adverse effects in the control group were more obvious than in the treatment group.Conclusion Du meridian moxibustion is a safe and effective method of AS,which is worthy to be spread.
