Treatment of Corneal Ulcer from the Spleen

角膜溃疡由角膜防御能力的减弱、外源性或内源性致病因素引起,临床治疗原则控制感染,减轻炎症反应,促进溃疡愈合和减轻瘢痕形成。在中医学上无对应中医病名,根据其角膜翳状混浊的特点,应归属于花白翳陷,临床上使用眼药水不规范,和药物本身及赋形剂添加防腐剂会导致角膜溃疡,进一步加重则导致角膜上皮功能失代偿(Corneal epithelial dysfunction,CED)。现将1例中药治愈角膜溃疡的案例报道如下。

Corneal ulcer is caused by the weakening of corneal defense ability,exogenous or endogenous pathogenic factors.The principle of clinical treatment is to control infection,reduce inflammatory reaction,promote ulcer healing and reduce scar formation.There is no corresponding disease name in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the characteristics of corneal pannus,it should be attributed to huabaiyi depression.In clinic,the use of eye drops is not standardized,and the addition of preservatives to the drug itself and excipients will lead to corneal ulcer,and further aggravation will lead to corneal epithelial decompensation.Now a case of corneal ulcer cured by traditional Chinese medicine is reported as follows.
