辨证施护老年股骨颈骨折闭合复位内固定术后的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Elderly Femoral Neck Fractures after Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的分析中医辨证护理对老年股骨颈骨折闭合复位内固定术后的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月枣庄市峄城区中医院收治的100例老年股骨颈骨折并行闭合复位内固定术患者,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组普通护理;观察组给予中医辨证护理。分析比较患者的术后情况。结果观察组术后10、20 d的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3个月的Harris髋关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨颈骨折行闭合复位内固定术患者给予中医辨证护理可以明显缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的髋关节功能,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after closed reduction and internal fixation based on syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures underwent closed reduction and internal fixation in Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given general nursing care,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation.The postoperative conditions of the patients were analyzed and compared.Results The Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 10 and 20 days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Harris hip score of observation group was higher than that of control group at 1 and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation for elderly patients with closed reduction and internal fixation of femoral neck fractures can obviously alleviate the patients’pain,improve their hip joint function,and increase their satisfaction rate.
