高职护理专业双语教学模式的构建与实践

摘要 目的总结高职护理专业双语教学模式的实施经验。方法参照入学高考英语成绩,本着自愿原则,遴选学生,组成“双语教学”实验班。由学校制定“双语教学”实施方案,完善教学模式、师资培养和教学管理。结果“双语教学”实验班学生毕业考试平均理论成绩为90.23分,技能成绩为92.86分;护士执业资格考试通过率达98%;METS二级考试通过率100%,METS三级考试通过率92%。结论实施循序渐进的教学模式,能有效培养与国际接轨的高素质国际护理人才。 Objective To summarize the implementation experience of bilingual teaching mode in nursing major in higher vocational colleges.Methods According to the English score of the college entrance examination,students were selected to form the“bilingual teaching”experimental class.The implementation plan of“bilingual teaching”shall be formulated by the school,to improve the teaching model,teacher training and teaching management.Results The average score of students in the experimental class was 90.23 in theory and 92.86 in skill.The passing rate of the nurse licensing examination reached 98%.The pass rate of METS level 2 is 100%,and that of METS level 3 is 92%.Conclusion The implementation of progressive teaching model can effectively cultivate high-quality international nursing talents in line with international standards.
