摘要
《中医药“一带一路”发展规划(2016-2020年)》要求尽快提高沿线中医药从业人员的素质和水平,中医药国际教育发展面临着新的挑战和机遇。通过回顾中医药国际教育的发展历程,分析其现状及其存在的问题,提出中医药国际教育快速稳步发展的路径和策略,包括适度扩大招生规模、提高管理水平、加强师资队伍建设和教材建设、加大临床实习基地建设和完善管理和保障机制建设等。
The Belt and Road Development Plan of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2016-2020)held that it is urgent to improve the quality and level of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners in the countries along the road,which puts forward a new challenge and opportunity for international education of TCM.Based on the reflection of its development history and analysis of its current situation and problems,discussion is made about the strategies and ways to promote steady development of international education of TCM,including enrollment scale enlargement,management level improvement,teaching staff and textbook reinforcement,construction of more clinical practice base and management and guarantee mechanism.
