通过近几年中医专业学位研究生(简称中医专业研究生)规培管理,发现中医专业学位性研究生在规培过程中存在一些问题,影响着中医专业研究生临床技能的提高和人文思想发展,如何能衔接好中医专业学位性研究生培养与临床规范化培训,建议从中医专业研究生规培时间、规培专业分配、导师管理模式改进、临床规培带教模式优化、考核监督体系完善等方面着手。
