Application of Closed-loop Management System for Autologous Human Milk Bank in Children's Hospital

目的:运用闭环管理系统对自体人乳库运行全流程进行闭环式管理,使母婴分离的住院新生儿母乳喂养更加规范化和标准化。方法:分析原自体人乳库管理流程中存在的问题,利用条形码技术、个人掌上电脑、无线网络等技术和设备,对母乳的入库、消毒、配奶、配送、喂养等全流程进行闭环式管理,做到执行环节可追溯。结果:2015年12月-2019年3月自体人乳库实行闭环式管理前,月均接收送乳人次为298.2 ± 158.1人次,月均接收母乳总量为81 985.4 ± 32 920.9 ml,信息核对环节发生近似错误4例。2019年4月-2020年12月自体人乳库实行闭环式管理后,月均接收送乳人次为391.1 ± 136.4人次,月均接收母乳总量为108 975.6 ± 46 792.9 ml,未发生母乳喂养相关的近似错误事件。结论:自体人乳库闭环管理系统的运用,可规范自体人乳库的管理,实现母乳喂养过程可追溯,进一步促进住院新生儿母乳喂养的高效执行,并保证住院新生儿母乳喂养的安全。

Objective:In order to standardize the breast-feeding of the newborns separated from their mother,the closed-loop management system is used to manage the whole operation process of autologous human milk bank.Methods:The problems existing in the management process of the original autologous human milk bank were analyzed,then the closed-loop management is carried out for the whole process of storage,disinfection,preparation,distribution and feeding of breast milk,by the barcode technology,personal digital assistant,wireless network and other technologies and equipment,which makes the implementation link traceable.Results:Before the implementation of closed-loop management of autologous human milk bank from December 2015 to March 2019,the monthly average number of breastmilk delivery was about 298.2±158.1,and the monthly average total amount of breastmilk was about 81,985.4±32,920.9 ml.There were 4 cases of near misses in the link of breastfeeding information verification.After the closed-loop management of autologous human milk bank was implemented from April 2019 to December 2020,the monthly average number of breastmilk delivery was about 391.1±136.4,and the monthly average total amount of breastmilk was about108,975.6±46,792.9 ml.No similar error events related to breastfeeding occurred.Conclusion:The application of the closed-loop management system of the autologous human milk bank can standardize the management of the autologous human milk bank,realize the traceability of the process of breastfeeding,further promote the efficient implementation of newborn breastfeeding in hospital,and ensure the safety of the newborn breastfeeding.
