生物钟与缺氧诱导因子-1的相互作用

摘要 生物钟是机体为适应周围环境,经过长期进化而来的内在适应性反应,它受外界环境(光线、温度等)影响引起DNA损伤而使节律重新设置。最近,氧被确定为一种新的调节影响因素,研究表明,这是通过昼夜转录-翻译反馈环和缺氧诱导途径在细胞水平上的相互作用而发生的。生物钟和缺氧之间的相互作用可能会对人类疾病产生广泛的影响,了解调控这些重叠途径的分子机制可能会为疾病治疗开辟新的策略。 The circadian clocks are internal adaptive responses which are evolved to adapt to the surrounding environment for the organisms.They can be affected by the external environments such as radiation,temperature,etc.And cause DNA damages and reset the rhythms.Recently,oxygen has been identified as a new regulatory factor.Studies have shown that it occurs through the interaction of circadian transcription translation feedback loop and hypoxia induction pathway at the cellular level.The interaction between circadian clock and hypoxia may have extensive effects on human diseases.Understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating these overlapping pathways may open up new strategies for disease treatment.
