剖宫产产妇接受盆底康复仪治疗结合健康教育对盆底功能恢复的促进作用

The effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with health education on the recovery of pelvic floor function in parurai receiving cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产产妇接受盆底康复仪治疗结合健康教育对盆底功能恢复的促进作用。方法选择84例剖宫产产妇,按照红绿双色球法分为对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组采用健康教育,试验组在对照组基础上联合盆底康复仪治疗。比较两组产妇产后恢复情况、盆底功能改善情况及产后并发症情况。结果试验组首次排尿时间及恶露持续时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组盆底肌力、肌电压及阴道压力改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复仪治疗联合健康教育对剖宫产产妇临床效果理想,对产后恢复与盆底功能的改善具有促进作用,可有效减少产后并发症发生,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with health education on pelvic floor function recovery of pareras after cesarean section.Methods 84 cases of parturients in cesarean section were divided into control group and experimental group according to red and green the double chromosphere method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with health education,and the experimental group was combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.Postpartum recovery,pelvic floor function improvement and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first urination time and duration of lochia in the experimental group were signifi cantly shorter than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,muscle voltage and vaginal pressure in experimental group was signifi cantly better than that in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 4.76%,which was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with health education has ideal clinical effect on cesarean section of women,can promote postpartum recovery and pelvic floor function improvement,can effectively reduce postpartum complications,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
