摘要
为探讨大鲵日粮中添加不同剂量的桑叶提取物对其免疫性能的影响,试验选取100尾健康状态良好、体质量为(45.20±0.25)g的大鲵,设置饲料中桑叶提取物含量分别为0 g/kg、4 g/kg、8 g/kg和12 g/kg的饲喂处理组4个,未添加桑叶提取物组为对照组,每组5个重复,每个重复饲喂大鲵5尾,经饲养10周后测定大鲵的免疫指标。结果表明,8 g/kg桑叶提取物组大鲵补体C4含量与4和12 g/kg组无显著差异(P>0.05),但较对照组显著提高28.32%(P<0.05);8 g/kg处理组免疫球蛋白M含量亦与4和12 g/kg组无显著差异(P>0.05),而较对照组显著提高53.50%(P<0.05);8 g/kg处理组免疫球蛋白G含量比对照组、4和12 g/kg组分别显著提高26.55%、19.79%和17.97%(P<0.05),而后三者间无显著差异(P>0.05);添加桑叶提取物对大鲵补体C3、免疫球蛋白A含量及溶菌酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在大鲵日粮中添加桑叶提取物有提高免疫力的功能,且最适添加量为8 g/kg。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different doses of mulberry leaf extract on the immune function of Andrias davidianus.The experiment selected one hundred Andrias davidianus with healthy and average weight of(45.20±0.25)g.The content of mulberry leaf extract in the feed was 0 g/kg,4 g/kg,8 g/kg,12 g/kg,respectively.The group without mulberry leaf extract was the control group.Each group had 5 replicates.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:there was no significant difference in C4 content between 8 g/kg,4 g/kg,and 12 g/kg mulberry leaf extract group(P>0.05),but it was significantly increased by 28.32%compared with the control group(P<0.05);The content of immunoglobulin M in 8 g/kg treatment group was not significantly different from 4 g/kg and 12 g/kg treatment group(P>0.05),but significantly increased by 53.50%compared with the control group(P<0.05);The content of immunoglobulin G in 8 g/kg treatment group was 26.55%,19.79%,and 17.97%higher than that in control group,4 g/kg,and 12g/kg respectively(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference among the latter three groups(P>0.05);The addition of mulberry leaf extract had no significant effect on the content of complement C3,immunoglobulin A,and lysozyme activity of Andrias davidianus(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding mulberry leaf extract to the diet of Andrias davidianus has the function of improving immunity,and the optimal dosage is 8 g/kg.
