基于街道网络的城市分区对制造业生产效率的影响

摘要 经济学的研究通常以行政区划为对象,探讨变量之间的相关关系,然而,已有文献表明,城市的行政区划缺乏灵活性且容易忽略空间拓扑关系,造成拟合结果的偏差。在空间句法理论中,街道被认为是城市发展与演化的重要属性,可以用于城市区块的划分,而在街道基础上形成的城市分区也反映了更真实的城市状况。基于此,以上海市杨浦区为例,运用不同的社区检测技术对街道进行分类,构建了基于街道网络的新的城市分区,并比较了不同分区在产业间协同集聚对制造业生产效率影响上的拟合效果优劣。旨在为经济学研究提供一种新的思路和方法,以探索更为真实的变量关系,对城市规划和管理具有重要的意义。 Economic research usually takes administrative division as the object to explore the correlation between variables.However,existing literature shows that the administrative division of a city lacks flexibility and tends to ignore the spatial topological relationship,resulting in the deviation of fitting results.In the spatial syntax theory,streets are considered as an important attribute of urban development and evolution,which can be used for the division of urban blocks,and the urban zoning formed on the basis of streets also reflects the more real urban conditions.Based on this,this paper takes Yangpu District of Shanghai as an example,uses different community detection technologies to classify the streets,constructs a new urban district based on the street network,and compares the fitting effect of different districts on the influence of inter-industry collaborative clustering on the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new way of thinking and method for economic research,so as to explore more real variable relationship,which is of great significance to urban planning and management.
