Ecotourism in the Context of National Parks:Concept,Positioning,and Implementation

生态旅游是国家公园最常见且被广泛接受的旅游形式,在中国国家公园实施最严格保护的当下,开展什么样的生态旅游成为大家关注的热点。在对生态旅游概念演变、基本原则和影响范式归纳分析的基础上,文章重点探讨了中国国家公园体制试点建设背景下生态旅游的发展定位和实施方案。研究认为,中国国家公园生态旅游须遵循事业管理为主体的基本属性,并且要致力于可持续发展的长远目标;合理有效的实施方案比生态旅游定义界定更为重要。因此,在构建生态旅游整体实施框架的基础上,提出要建立生态旅游认证机制、优化生态旅游管理技术、完善生态旅游经营模式以及加强利益主体协调与整合机制等发展策略。

National parks are one of the most important space carriers for ecotourism.Currently,the national parks in China are under the strictest protection,what kind of eco-tourism to carry out has become a hot topic of concern.Based on the inductive analysis of the concept evolution,fundamental principles,and impact paradigms of ecotourism,the development orientation and implementation plan of ecotourism under the background of the pilot construction of the national park system in China are mainly discussed.The study holds that China’s national park ecotourism must follow the basic attributes of public management as the main body and be committed to the long-term goal of sustainable development;A reasonable and effective implementation plan is more important than the definition of ecotourism.Therefore,based on the construction of the overall implementation framework of ecotourism,it is necessary to outline the establishment of an ecotourism certification mechanism,optimize the ecotourism management technology,improve the ecotourism management model,and strengthen the interests development strategies such as coordination and integration mechanisms.
