国家中心城市高质量发展与生态环境耦合协调度及空间格局演进研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree and Spatial Pattern Evolution of High-quality Development and Ecological Environment of National Central Cities

文章以9个国家中心城市为研究对象,构建包括高质量发展系统和生态环境系统的复合评价指标体系,采用熵值法、耦合协调发展模型动态测度2012—2018年各城市高质量发展系统与生态环境系统的综合水平以及二者的耦合协调度。结果显示:国家中心城市的高质量发展水平存在显著的空间差异,生态环境指数评分具有一定的区域差异,但并不明显;耦合协调关系处于稳步向协调阶段迈进的态势,研究期末除重庆处于过渡阶段外,其他城市全部进入协调发展阶段,空间分异特征呈现弱化趋势。

Taking 9 National central cities as the research object,this paper constructs a composite evaluation index system including high-quality development system and ecological environment system.This paper uses the entropy method and the coupled coordinated development model to dynamically measure the comprehensive level of the urban high-quality development system and the ecological environment system from 2012 to 2018,as well as the degree of coupling and coordination between the two.The results show that there are significant spatial differences in the high-quality development levels of national central cities,and the ecological environment index scores have certain regional differences,but they are not obvious.The coupling and coordination relationship is in a trend of steadily advancing towards the coordination stage.At the end of the study period,except for Chongqing,which is in the transitional stage,all other cities have entered the stage of coordinated development,and the spatial differentiation characteristics show a weakening trend.
