摘要
分析研究了w(H_(2)SO_(4))104.5%硫酸生产现场和装车现场SO_(3)外逸原因,比较若干处理方案,最终选择的方法是生产现场外逸的SO_(3)收集送入一吸塔进行回收,装车现场外逸的SO_(3)负压收集回收,处理尾气送入制酸净化工序脱除酸雾后达标排放。外逸SO_(3)气体的有效回收,使发烟硫酸生产现场和装车现场环境得以改善,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The causes of SO_(3) escaping from w(H_(2)SO_(4))104.5%sulphuric acid production site and loading site are analyzed and studied.Several treatment schemes are compared.The final selection method is that SO_(3) escaping from production site is collected and sent to primary absorption tower for recovery,SO_(3) escaping from loading site is collected and recovered under negative pressure,and the treated tail gas is sent to acid making purification process to remove acid mist before reaching the standard.The effective recovery of SO_(3) gas can improve the environment of fuming sulphuric acid production site and loading site,which has good social and economic benefits.
