摘要
介绍了阳谷祥光铜业有限公司烟气制酸系统转化器内置Ⅰ换热器的构造和运行情况,详细分析了Ⅰ换热器堵塞的原因,并提出了换热器清理方案及相应措施。经模拟试验和现场实践,附带压缩空气的铜管和扁钢钎配合清理内置换热器效果显著,烟气制酸系统大修结束投料后,转化器一段进口的烟气最大温度差由检修前的约10℃降低到约2℃,二段进口的烟气最大温度差由检修前的约30℃降低到约10℃。
The structure and operation of the first heat exchanger built in the converter of the flue gas sulphuric acid making system in Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.are introduced,the reasons for the blockage of the first heat exchanger are analyzed in detail,and the heat exchanger cleaning scheme and corresponding measures are put forward.Through the simulation test and field practice,the effect of cleaning the internal heat exchanger with copper tube and flat steel brazing with compressed air is remarkable.After the overhaul of the flue gas sulphuric acid making system,the maximum temperature difference of flue gas at the inlet of the first section of the converter is reduced from about 10℃before the overhaul to about 2℃,and the maximum temperature difference of flue gas at the inlet of the second section is reduced from about 30℃before the overhaul to about 10℃.
