介绍了山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司对铜冶炼烟气制酸系统进行的扩能改造实践,从更换熔炼烟气管道、更换二级高效洗涤器、更换一吸塔和二吸塔填料、更换一吸塔循环泵、补充转化催化剂5个方面进行了改造,将硫酸系统产能从450 kt/a提升至500 kt/a,系统升级后已连续稳定运行5个月,效果良好。

The practice of capacity expansion and transformation of sulphuric acid system with copper smelting flue gas in Shandong humon smelter Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The transformation is carried out in five aspects:replacing smelting flue gas pipeline,replacing two-stage high-efficiency scrubber,replacing first and second absorber packing,replacing first absorber circulating pump and supplementing conversion catalyst.The capacity of sulphuric acid system is increased from 450 kt/a to 500 kt/a.The system has been running steadily for 5 months after upgrading,and the effect is good.
