摘要
以山东某冶炼厂铅冶炼系统制酸尾气处理为例,介绍了臭氧脱硝技术在铅冶炼系统制酸尾气处理中的应用,分析了臭氧发生器开度、液碱添加量对脱硝效果的影响。该技术具有运行成本低、自动化程度高、深度脱除SO2等优势,实现了系统自动化控制和尾气超低排放。
Treating tail gas from metallurgical acid plant based on lead in Shandong as an example,application of ozone denitrification technology for treating tail gas is introduced,influence of opening degree of ozone generator and liquid caustic amount on denitrification effect are analyzed.The technology achieved system automation control and ultra-low exhaust emission with advantages of low operating cost,high degree of automation and deep removal of SO2.
