摘要
基于制酸系统净化工序氟含量控制以及逆流洗涤流程氟的梯度分布规律,研究了浸出渣处理项目制酸烟气含水量对污酸量及浓度的影响。经计算,在保证烟气氟含量控制的条件下,侧吹炉渣料经过干燥处理降低水含量后,污酸质量分数达到10%左右在操作上可以实现;若渣料未干燥处理,污酸质量分数达到7.7%是较为理想的水平。为满足后续污酸资源化回收的要求,需将侧吹炉的渣料尽量干燥以减小制酸烟气水含量,提高污酸浓度。
Based on the control of the fluorine content in the purification process of the sulphuric acid system and the fluorine gradient distribution law in countercurrent washing process,the influence of the water content of the sulphuric acid flue gas in the leaching residue treatment project on the amount and concentration of the waste acid was studied.According to calculations,under the condition of ensuring the control of the flue gas fluorine content,the dirty acid mass fraction can reach about 10%in operation after the side-blown furnace slag material is dried to reduce the water content;if the slag is not dried,it is an ideal level for the mass fraction of waste acid to reach 7.7%.In order to meet the requirements of the follow-up treatment of waste acid,it is necessary to dry the slag of the side blowing furnace as much as possible to reduce the water content in the flue gas and improve the concentration of waste acid.
