摘要
某冶炼公司冶金采用中和铁盐法处理烟气制酸系统产生的污酸,该过程中产生的高硬度废水用反渗透法处理。介绍了反渗透法废水处理工艺流程,并针废水电导率波动大的特点进行研究、探讨,将原有低电导率废水处理系统进行改造,实现同一套生产废水处理系统可灵活处理不同电导率废水。
The neutralization ferric salt process is used to treat the waste acid produced by the flue gas acid making system in a metallurgical company,and the high hardness wastewater produced in the process is treated by reverse osmosis.The reverse osmosis wastewater treatment process is introduced,the characteristics of large fluctuation of wastewater conductivity are studied and discussed and the original low conductivity wastewater treatment system is transformed to realize that the same set of production wastewater treatment system can flexibly treat wastewater with different conductivity.
