利用JX300-XP DCS 系统实现精硫槽的自动控制

Realizing automatic control of sulphur refining tank by JX-300XP DCS

对已有的JX-300XP DCS系统编写相应自动控制程序。简述JX-300XP DCS组态程序对精硫槽中液体硫磺的温度连续控制、液位二位控制和通过变频器远程调节液硫泵转速实现对喷放液体硫磺量的控制原理。将精硫槽原有调节温度、液位和喷放液体硫磺量执行环节中对应的手动阀更换成电动调节球阀、伴热电动开关球阀和变频器,实现对精硫槽的自动控制。

Corresponding automatic control programs for existing JX-300XP DCS are written.JX-300XP DCS configuration programs for continuous temperature control of liquid sulphur in refined sulphur tank,two-position control of liquid level,and remote adjustment of liquid sulphur pump speed by controlling frequency converter to realize control principle of amounts of discharged liquid sulphur are briefly described.Corresponding manual valve for original execution link of adjusting temperature,liquid level and discharge of liquid sulphur in refined sulphur tank are replaced by electric regulating ball valves,heating electric switch ball valves and frequency converter,thus realizing automatic control of refined sulphur tank.
