针对云南天安化工有限公司一期800 kt/a硫酸装置配套的6 MW中压发电机组在运行过程出现逆功率运行的不正常运行现象,阐述了发电机逆功率运行的现象和实际危害。通过理论分析,提出了切实可行的技术改造方案,完善了发电机的主保护,从本质上避免发电机出现逆功率运行,减少设备损坏事故的发生,保证电网的安全运行。

In view of the abnormal operation phenomenon of reverse power operation of 6 MW medium voltage generator unit of 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant in Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,the phenomenon and actual harm of reverse power operation of generator are expounded.Through theoretical analysis,the feasible technical transformation scheme is put forward to improve the main protection of generator,avoid reverse power operation of generator in essence,reduce equipment damage accident,and ensure the safe operation of power grid.
