护理干预在老年反流性食管炎患者护理中的应用效果及睡眠质量观察

Effects of Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care for Elderly Patients with Reflux Esophagitis and Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察护理干预在老年反流性食管炎患者护理中的应用效果及患者睡眠质量。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年7月联勤保障部队909医院收治的老年反流性食管炎患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组实施护理干预措施,比较2组患者护理效果和护理前后睡眠质量。结果:对照组护理效果低于观察组,2组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组PSQI评分高于观察组,2组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理老年反流性食管炎患者期间,对其实施护理干预措施具有良好效果,可显著改善患者睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of nursing intervention in nursing care for elderly patients with reflux esophagitis and observe the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to the 909 Hospital of Joint Service Support Forces from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received the nursing intervention.The effectiveness of nursing care and sleep quality before and after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing effect in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the comparison of PSQI scores had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the PSQI score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the comparison between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis,the implementation of nursing intervention measures has a good effect,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients and is worthy of promotion.
