Effects of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Function Exercise on Recovery of Pelvic Floor Function and Sleep Quality in Women Undergoing Vaginal Delivery

目的:探讨产后盆底功能锻炼对阴道分娩产妇盆底功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2020年3月,泰安市妇幼保健院收治的需要进行盆底康复治疗的阴道分娩产妇100例作为研究对象,按照随机表数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。2组均进行电刺激治疗,观察组安排针对性的盆底功能锻炼,比较2组产妇治疗前后的盆底肌力恢复情况、睡眠质量变化。结果:治疗后对照组盆底肌力变化值显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组睡眠质量评分显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于阴道分娩产妇,积极开展产后盆底功能锻炼不仅可以进一步促进其盆底功能恢复,同时对其睡眠质量的改善还具有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of postpartum pelvic floor function exercise on the recovery of pelvic floor function and sleep quality in women undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods:From December 2018 to March 2020,100 cases of vaginal delivery parturient in Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital in need of pelvic floor rehabilitation were selected as the research object.According to the method of random table,100 cases were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with electric stimulation,and the observation group arranged targeted pelvic floor function exercise to compare the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and sleep quality before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the change value of pelvic floor muscle strength in the reference group was significantly lower than that in the study group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the reference group was significantly higher than that of the study group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For women undergoing vaginal delivery,active postpartum pelvic floor function exercise can not only further promote the recovery of their pelvic floor function,but also have positive significance for the improvement of their sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
