Objective:To explore the effect of pediatric massage on improving infants and young children′s sleep disorders. Methods:A total of 56 infants and young children with sleep disorders who visited the Department of Preventive Health,Puhuangyu Community Health Service Center from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using random numbers, with 28 cases in each group.Parents of the infants and young children in the control group were given general sleep guidance, and based on that, the observation group was treated with pediatric massage intervention. The differences in the intervention effects were then compared between the two groups. Results:The sleep disorder scores of the two groups decreased after treatment with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment, the scores of all dimensions of sleep disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement of sleep conditions in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion:For infants and young children with sleep disorders, massage can effectively improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of sleep disorders, and its operation is safe.
