发展性照顾对重症监护病房早产儿生长发育及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Developmental Care on Growth and Sleep Quality of Neonates in NICU

目的:分析新生儿重症监护病房(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)早产儿接受发展性照顾对其生长发育与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年7月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院城东院区NICU病房收治的胎龄低于37周、出生体质量低于2.5 kg,适于胎龄的早产儿90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予发展性照顾,并比较2组早产儿摄入奶量、体质量增长、睡眠时间与住院时间及生长指标。结果:观察组摄入奶量与体质量增长均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间比对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出生后30天早产儿身长与体质量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NICU早产儿接受发展性照顾,可延长睡眠时间,缩短住院时间,促进其生长发育。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU)on the development and sleep quality of premature infants.Methods:A total of 90 premature infants from August 2018 to July 2019,with gestation age of less than 37 weeks and birth weight of less than 2.5 kg were selected and treated in THE NICU ward of Quanzhou First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University.They were divided into two groups according to the numerical table method,with 45 premature infants in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given developmental care.The intake of milk,body quality growth,sleep time,hospital stay and growth indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The increase of milk intake and body mass in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body length and weight of the observation group were higher than that of the control group 30 days after birth,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developmental care for neonates in NICU can prolong sleep duration,shorten hospital stay and promote their growth and development.
